Frequently Asked Questions

Will organizing a PDF reduce its quality?

No. The tool preserves the original page content exactly. When you reorder or delete pages, only the page structure is modified — text, images, and formatting remain at full quality.

Can I undo changes before downloading?

Yes! Click the "Reset" button to restore the original page order and recover any deleted pages. This lets you start fresh if you make a mistake.

What happens if I delete all pages?

The "Save & Download" button will be disabled if you delete all pages, since a PDF must have at least one page. You'll need to reset and keep at least one page.

Can I organize password-protected PDFs?

No. Password-protected PDFs cannot be processed by this tool. Remove the password protection first using a PDF editor, then organize here.

Is there a limit on the number of pages?

There's no hard limit, but very large PDFs (500+ pages) may take longer to process and render thumbnails. For best performance, we recommend PDFs with fewer than 200 pages.
