Frequently Asked Questions
Will rotating a PDF reduce its quality?
No. PDF rotation is applied as a metadata change — the actual page content isn't re-rendered. Text remains crisp, images stay at full resolution, and there's no quality degradation of any kind.
Can I rotate only some pages and leave others as-is?
Yes! Switch to "Custom per page" mode. Each page will have its own rotation dropdown set to 0° (no rotation) by default. Only change the pages you want to rotate.
Can I rotate password-protected PDFs?
No. Password-protected PDFs cannot be processed by this tool. Remove the password protection first using a PDF editor, then rotate here.
What's the difference between 90° CW and 90° CCW?
90° Clockwise rotates the page to the right (landscape left-to-right). 90° Counter-Clockwise rotates the page to the left (landscape right-to-left). 180° flips the page upside down.
